A number of equestrian activities take place at Geldeston Hall during the summer. There is small yard offering DIY livery. Facilities hire including show-jump hire, cross-country and an outdoor arena, 20 x 60 is available by arrangement.
In addition, the Beccles & Bungay Riding Club meets during the summer at Geldeston. This long-established equestrian club offers a wide range of members events and training as well as organising open events at this venue.
EASIEST ROAD ACCESS FOR HORSE TRANSPORT We recommend approaching Geldeston Hall or Hall Farm via the A143 and Stockton Road, as the road through Gillingham is narrow and unsuitable for large vehicles. Please see our map for guidance.
PARKING Geldeston is a compact venue. To avoid further compaction on the park we ask individual equestrian visitors to enter by the drive near the church and drive up towards the railings, about 150m from the entrance. Vehicles should be parked on the left, with front bumper facing the drive for easy move-off. We request that vehicles are not taken further onto the park. For events, parking is likely to be organised on the right side of the drive.
DOGS We follow various wildlife conservation schemes and ask that dogs are not brought to this venue at any time.
